Jim is a Professional (Registered Land) Surveyor in the state of Arkansas and has over 30 years of experience in land surveying. He serves as President and his duties include client relations, research and job preparation, Crew Chief, AutoCad Technician and computer network coordinator. Jim is a current member of Arkansas Society of Professional Surveyors (ASPS) and is a past District Director for ASPS. He has attended several seminars and conventions from 1986 through 2008. Some of the classes attended are "The Demons of the Professional - Malpractice and Ethics" by Walter G. Robillard, PA, PLS, "The Science of Surveying Measurements" by Dr. Joseph V.R. Paiva, PHD, PLS, PE, "Liability Issues, ALTA Surveys, & Local Corners" by Jerry Broadus, PLS and "Property Rights And The Land Surveyor" by Jeffery Lucas, PA, PS.

Andy has over 4 years of land surveying experience. He serves as Vice President and his duties include research and job preparation, Instrument Man, Party Chief, AutoCad Technician and Draftsman. Andy passed his CST Level 2 exam in March of 2008. He has attended the 2005 ASPS Spring Convention, the 2005 ASPS Fall Convention, the 2006 ASPS Spring Convention, the 2006 PESI "Resolving Conflicts of Survey Evidence" Convention, with speaker Walter G. Robillard, PLS, the 2007 ASPS Spring Convention, the 2007 ASPS Fall Convention, the 2008 ASPS Spring Convention and the 2008 ASPS Fall Convention. Andy joined Ramsey Surveying, Inc. in September of 2004.

Cory graduated from the University of Arkansas Community College of Morrilton in the Summer of 2007 with an A.A.S. in Survey Technology. He has a combined two years experience as AutoCad Technician and Instrument Man. Cory joined Ramsey Surveying, Inc. in March of 2010.
