Below is a list of previous survey projects completed by Ramsey Surveying, Inc. and links to a PDF (portable document format) of each project. Most of the projects were approved and recorded, but the PDFs of the projects do not have the signatures or the filing dates shown on the survey.

Boundary Survey - A survey made to establish or re-establish record title (deed) lines and/or corners on the ground or to obtain data for preparing a map or plat showing these lines and/or corners. Boundary surveys come in all sizes and for all purposes. This project is a large survey completed in 2006 for a future development in Rogers, Arkansas. ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey - A survey of real property, including the plat of survey, performed to standards defined by the American Land Title Association (ALTA) and the National Society of Professional Surveyors (a member organization of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping) acceptable to a title insurance company for the purpose of insuring title to said real property, free and clear of survey questions, except for those questions disclosed by the survey and indicated on the plat. This project was a survey for a motel in Bentonville, Arkansas. Click on the link to see a PDF of the survey.

Topographic Survey - A survey of an area which has for its major purpose, the determination of the configuration of the surface of the ground and location of natural and artificial objects with resulting plans to be used for designing development features such as residential sites, roads, subdivisions, industrial development and etc. This project was completed in 2008 for Benton County Charter School in Rogers, Arkansas. Tract Split or Lot Split - A survey for the purpose of splitting out a parcel or multiple parcels from the parent tract, required to be presented to the local planning commission for approval. This survey is for a proposed Family Tract Split in Benton County near Beaver Lake.

Property Line Adjustment - A survey for the purpose of adjusting the property line or lines between two existing parcels, required to be presented to the local planning commission for approval. This project modified the property lines between two adjoining land owners in Benton County.

Subdivision Survey - A type of land survey in which the legal boundaries of an area are located, and the area is divided into parcels or lots, street rights-of-way and other accessories. All necessary corners or dividing lines are marked or monumented. This recent project is a subdivision in Fayetteville, Arkansas named Prairie View Acres. It is a residential subdivision with 36 lots ranging in area of approximately 1/2 acre to 1 acre. Click on the link to see a PDF (portable document format) of the subdivision plat.

Construction Stakeout - A survey made while construction is in process to provide ground points for the control of elevation, horizontal position and dimensions, and to determine adequacy of completion.

Elevation Certificate Survey - The Elevation Certificate is an important administrative tool of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). It is to be used to provide elevation information necessary to ensure compliance with community floodplain management ordinances, to determine the proper insurance premium rate and to support a request for a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) or Letter of Map Revision based on fill (LOMR-F).

Lot Survey - A survey made of a parcel in a recorded subdivision to establish or re-establish record title (deed) lines and/or corners on the ground or to obtain data for preparing a map or plat showing these lines and/or corners and improvements on the parcel. This project is a survey of a residential lot in Springdale to show the visible improvements on the parcel including the house and utilities and to locate the property corners.
